The 2012 Virginia General Assembly session saw a flurry of bills around Virginia's voluntary Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS), both good and bad, and our efforts were met with mixed success. It is critical that our legislators know we are engaged and ready to come back next year.

Wind farms in the ocean off Virginia's coast could provide enough clean, renewable energy for a large portion of Virginia's power needs.
