CCAN will give a presentation challenging Dominion Power's green image and highlighting their anti-renewable energy business practices, and provide opportunities to get involved in our campaign calling on Dominion to do better by committing to invest in clean energy. The company has sabotaged Virginia’s renewable energy standard and made millions of dollars in profits, has done its best to stifle residential and university solar projects, while operating facilities that put out tons of pollution, and we'll discuss a strategy for moving the utility toward building wind and solar.
