Tony is currently an Advisory Engineer designing state of the art mobile satellite communications systems at Hughes Network Systems. He has developed over thirty patents and over seventy technical publications. He is a member of Sigma Xi, the national research honor society. Tony formerly worked at Bell Laboratories and Bellcore in antennas, radio wave propagation and radio systems design. Tony also founded Sustainable Loudoun (Loudoun County, VA) to educate and advocate for responsibility and stewardship in his local community. He joined the CCAN board in 2008.
